Importance of fiber during pregnancy

Fiber & water are considered very important during pregnancy. It is recommended to have at least 3-4 liters of water per day. Water is beneficial for producing extra blood, supply of nutrition, developing new tissues and maintaining the growth and blood supply to the placenta.
